DNA Surveillance - Carnivorais a database of sequence alignments for species identification of carnivorans. The DNA Surveillance online program implements tree-based and distance-based methods to identify sequences from unknown species.The DNA segments used in this data base are described and assessed in Chaves et al.(2012).
